Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please kindly check your order asap when you receive it.

Here are some FQA concerning our return and exchange policy.

1. What is the return and exchange period?

We accept return and exchange within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

2. May I return the used hair?

No. The returned hair must be unused, unaltered, undamaged. We only provide a refund on the hair that has not been cut, dyed, bleached and installed.

3. May I return the hair without contacting?

No. Please contact us before sending back your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was shipped from. You may contact us by e-mail at help@onlinehumanhair.com.

4. Do I have to pay for the shipping of the return?

Yes. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping cost. We encourage you to send the return with a tracking option, such as EMS, DHL, FedEx, we will not be responsible for the lost returns.

5. When will I receive my refund or exchange

We provide a refund to the original method of the payment after we have received, inspected and checked that the returned hair is not altered, used and damaged. Please contact us to provide tracking information after you send the hair back for us to process the refund.

It will take an average of 3-5 business days for us to process your refund, however, it could take longer.

If you need an exchange, it will take 1-3 business for us to resend, excluding weekends and holidays.

6. Will I be refunded the shipping cost

No. We offer free standard shipping, however, any shipping cost will not be refunded.
